John Turley DeBevoise has been the pastor of PCPC since 1995. He has also served churches in Roanoke, Virginia; and Gastonia, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Eckerd College and Union Presbyterian Seminary where he obtained a Masters in Theology and Doctorate of Ministry. John grew up in Orlando where his father was a Presbyterian minister, and where his brother and sister-in-law currently serve as Presbyterian pastors. John and his wife Emalee have 3 grown children (Beth, who is married to Scott Wilson; Joe, who is married to Lindsey Jones; and Mary Emalee, who is engaged to Tyler Carlson) and 2 grandchildren.
