**Male Mentors Needed!**
**To work with refugee youth ages 15-24**

Lutheran Services, Florida (LSF) is now recruiting adult volunteers for their Refugee Mentoring Program. This program offers individual support to young people ages 15-24 who have arrived to the US in the past 1-4 years.Mentors can truly make a difference in the life of a refugee youth who is finding their way in a new country. Whether the refugee mentee is a high school student needing assistance with school & college/vocational school preparation or a young adult needing to practice English and learn how the financial system works, a mentorship can help them to feel welcome as they navigate their new community.There is a particular need right now for male mentors willing to volunteer 3-4 hours per month to work with male refugee youth & young adults.
More information on the mentoring program is in the flyer below. All mentors are screened, interviewed, trained and provided with support by LSF staff.
