CONTINUING THE CONVERSATION: Sunday, May 22nd at 10am in the Game Room of Westminster to discuss HOW we will accomplish our Faith Formation goals in the post-pandemic era. All are welcome.

As ministries and communities of faith, we are still in the midst of a less certain and unsettling season. Our local communities are affected in many different ways and there are challenges everywhere we look. Making decisions, as people of faith, has never been harder.
However, our mission and purpose as faith communities have not changed. Indeed, the need is all the greater. This process will help us identify and discern creative new approaches, new ministries and new ways of being the big C church with children and families in a post-pandemic age. We will make important decisions in faithful and creative response to the new needs and opportunities in our community. We invite you to join us in re-imagining Faith Formation with children and their families with one of the two in-person options in May.
About Kelly Fitzgerald:
Kelly Fitzgerald is a parent, a wife, a daughter, a baker, a gardener, and also happens to be an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA). She is a mom to three girls that challenge every notion she had of Christian education and youth ministry she ever had. Every day she is folding laundry, sitting in carline, and trying to figure out what to make for dinner – just like any other parent. She realizes this is where her Christian faith hits the road. For the past couple of years, Kelly has been seeking to find a stronger connection between the life of a modern parent and the time spent sitting in a pew. Kelly is called to minister to the whole family – all ages and all stages. She believes the church year is a great foundation for the rhythms of both congregational and home life and has become quite the liturgical enthusiast. She lives in Sarasota, FL revealing in God’s handiwork with each glorious sunset.
