Join us for lunch and a talk by Claire Bloom, the Founder and Executive Director of End 68 Hours of Hunger. End 68 Hours of Hunger is a public not-for-profit effort to confront the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some school children experience between the free lunch they receive at school on Friday afternoon and the free breakfast they receive at school on Monday morning. PCPC has been involved with End 68 Hours of Hunger to help address the hunger faced by more than 50% of students in Hillsborough County. Come learn more about issues of hunger in our community and how 68 Hours is addressing it.
