Benefit Concert: “If Music Be The Food…”

Thursday November 16th at 8pm, Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church Sanctuary

The Mission of “If Music Be The Food” is to increase awareness and support for the hungry in our community through chamber music performances. The concert is a collaboration between Tampa Bay Harvest and Tampa’s local arts institutions who donate their services;  University of South Florida, University of Tampa, Hillsborough Community College, The Florida Orchestra, Sarasota Orchestra, Opera Tampa and many others.

Bring non-perishable food items or a donation as admission. All collections go directly to hunger needs in Tampa Bay.

The program features a diverse array of chamber music by Johannes Brahms, Sergei Rachmaninoff and J.S. Bach performed on cello, clarinet, piano, viola and with vocals. Directed by Scott Kluksdahl, snkluksdahl@aol.com.
