God of love, bless the homes and hearts this morning of all who in this day come to adore you in faith and hope.
Prince of Peace, this day let there be no strife, no rancor, but the nurture and sustenance that comes from your Gospel of love.
Let any grudges, wounds, or hurts be set aside for the goodwill of which the angels spoke to the shepherds.
May our actions, words, and relationships today be an expression of the joy that comes to the world in Jesus Christ. By his Spirit, make us now a means of grace, one to another. Let every heart prepare him room and may this day be a witness to the wonders of his love. Amen.
